Report to CAS Senate
As chair of the committee I made a report to the CAS Faculty Senate today, and tried to make a big deal about using the Web site. There werew a few questions raised at the meeting. These were:
- How much is available for travel funds?
- When will the procedures for applying for funds be available?
- Will it be possible to apply for travel funds rather than use other supplemental development funds?
- Is there a physical location associated with the Center?
I'm expecting the Committee will detemine answers to the first three questions in a couple of weeks. Fo rhte last questions I noted that we need a new sign on the room that was used as the TIP Center. I wish I had mentioned the plan for lcoating the Teachign Center in the new building.
I'm schedueld to give a report to the ACdemic Council at CGPS at their next meeting., Wednesday, September 17.
